A hollow cast pine cone mounted on a wood wall plaque. The paper label reads "The Formaldehyde Disinfector Prevents Disease - The Formacone Co., 50 Church St., N.Y.". The hollow cone is 9 inches long with a 3/4" diameter well for holding liquid formalin. A metal cap chained to the wood is used to cover the opening when not in use.
